My purse was held hostage
The concert was a mesmerizing experience once we finally gained entry into the venue. We were shocked to learn upon arrival that my bag would need to undergo inspection for a fee of $25! Nowhere on my tickets or in any communication from TicketMaster was it indicated that bag checks were required before entry. The "bag check" location was an unconventional open U-Haul van with hooks on the walls, and my only reassurance was a simple paper ticket. Had this ticket been misplaced within the venue, anyone could have claimed my purse. Surprisingly, my mother found and retrieved my purse without any issues. TicketMaster should clearly communicate venue policies at the time of ticket purchase. Improve your practices, TicketMaster!
